Be able to sell Gold crews back for some Silver
1 Gold = 500 Silver so a Level-12 crew for 1500 Gold is 750,000 Silver
So if instead of dismissing a crew they can sold back at say 20% cost or a 1500 Gold crew sell back for 150,000 Silver
Give additional 15,000 Silver for each skill learned so a 1500 Gold crew with 3 skills fully learned would be 195,000 Silver back to the player
Something in return is better than nothing.
