acceleration dynamics was improved,
the maximum forward speed has been increased from 29.1 to 32 km/h,
the maximum backward speed was increased from 13 to 15 km/h,
the accuracy was improved from 0.26 to 0.2.
Fixed a bug with camouflage wheels for tanks of 4-5 levels.
Added the ability to install emblems on tanks of the 4-5 level.
