Fist image is error from website of the game, after that error I tried alternate payment possibilities including SMS,Screenshot_2016-04-21-08-12-31.jpg all with same results.
Anyway, I did a request to support to unblock my card, with hope that finally works.

Some time ago i try donate in U.S. game (San Francisco, California). My Bank has blocked card on the first attempt.
The reason was security policy. And the card was not issued by a Russian Bank.
I took another card - no problem. The first card was with regional restrictions apparently
