reload time IS

Hello guys i have got a IS tier 7 tank and i was asking people in fights what is his reload time and on guy told me that his IS has 7,7 sec reload time on 122mm gun and he told me that he has got an ACE crew on that tank so i want it too and then i bought that ACE crew for 1500 gold and my reload went down only for 0,4 sec 9,4 - 9,0 sec and i have -20% reloading time so i want to know if its possible to have 7,7 reload time on IS with 122 mm gun and ACE crew pls i really want to know it THX and sorry for bad english

You need to train Master Skill for that crew. (You will get 7.7s reload time when skill will be trained at 100%)

Don't worry, you can reset skills. Just follow the steps:
1. http://prnt.sc/ebqchy
2. http://prnt.sc/ebqerf
After this action you will be able to select a skill again.
