Tanks shooting Blanks.

I've been playing all morning and almost EVERY match with my Borsig... when I aim in on a target... and pull the trigger... I hear the gun shoot... but nothing comes out. 5/10 shots do this. Even at point blank range... I Pull the trigger... BOOOM... but no shell... no damage!!
My question is this... how can I fix it?!!! A quick reply would be very much appreciated, For this Issue, Is becoming very annoying. How can I win in a match... if my tank is shooting blanks?! Thank you.

In Game Center, press button "Collect diagnostic data" (screenshot No.1), confirm the process (No.2), it may take up to few minutes. After it ends, send a file to Iluzija
